The Spreewald - pure relaxation in a wonderful landscape
The Spreewald offers much more than one would think, more than "just" riding a boat and pure nature ... Most of our previous guests did not know how many eventful days one can spend in the Spreewald (and therefore, according to their own statement, they booked far too short):
You can relax under palm trees at Tropical Islands, swim with penguins at the Spreewelten in Lübbenau, enjoy wellness at the Saline Spa in Burg or splash around in the Spree Lagoon in Lübben. For the "little ones" the water playground on the castle island Lübben is pure adventure ...
Not far from the house there is a ropes course and beautiful woods for hiking. The Gherkin cycle path leads through picturesque landscapes.
The Spreewald village Schlepzig not far from Lübben attracts with a brewery, a distillery and wonderfully untouched landscapes which can be discovered by boat or canoe.

Swimming with penguins in the Spreewelten Lübbenau:
Swimming with real Humboldt penguins in the Spreewelten - In the heated outdoor pool, separated only by huge glass panes, the little tailcoat-wearers can be observed in their unique underwater world, also from inside the pool, super. The new toddler area invites to unforgettable hours in the water and in the dry. Extra fun is also offered by the two interactive giant slides, which can already be configured from home.
Wellness in the Spreewaldtherme Burg:
The Spreewald thermal spa is a saline thermal bath as it can only be in the Spreewald. A cosy atmosphere, modern ambience, warmth and tranquillity promise an unmistakable stay in the middle of the UNESCO biosphere reserve. The valuable thermal brine rises at a depth of 1,350 metres directly below the thermal bath. Seven bathing pools up to 38 degrees, seven saunas as well as a warm outdoor pool with current channel are at your disposal. A steam bath and brine inhalation in large cucumber barrels as well as the Spreewald wooden bathtub in the shape of a boat are among the special features. The wellness area promises pure pampering and relaxation with care packages, baths and massages with Spreewald herbs, gherkin and linseed oil.
